La Regla 2 Minuto de Cancun Airport Private Transportation

Wiki Article

I paid a price online that was an set amount per day, but it turns trasnochado that was only a reservation fee that didn’t even mean anything because there was no reservation. Merienda there, we waited in like for 30 min just for a rep to start from scratch and then charge us way more, plus a $2500 deosit!

Great price…demodé of their control due to extreme traffic at the airport, picking up took nearly an hour.

Checkout paperwork took a lot longer than you can believe even though nobody was in line ahead of us, so allow yourself extra time to make it to your flight.

The shuttle was good to airport and back... we got to car rental place and they tell us they don’t have what we wanted. We paid for a 7 seater Dodge Journey new model. We got there and they said they have no 7 seater and gave us two rly old model Chevy car it was either that or a 5 seater. Okay we’ll make it work plus they added like $300 on Imsurance.. so on our trip we get a flat tire my husband fixes it so be it when we go to return the car we tell them and they charge us $200 for a tire that I cannot even exagérate the spare tire and other tires are all the same so $200 for a freaking tire that we couldn’t help popped on us while driving.

You are forced into hidden fees. The rental price does not include mandatory insurance. Expect to pay 4x what you book. Checking the car back in was also a little bit of a mess.

Infant car seats are the traveler’s responsibility; children must be seated in a size-appropriate safety restraint, per local law.

Received a text here saying that my car was ready, when I got there not only was it not ready but it was not even there. they wanted more than double for any car they had left. Walked pasado cursing. Do not trust these scam artists.

It was quite confusing to know where the shuttle would be and to make sure it came for us. (2) The Kayak booking took me through Hotwire and it told me that I was booking a full-size sedan because that is what I filtered my search to. However, when I clicked on confirmation to secure the reservation, Hotwire changed the car to a mid-size vehicle. I did not realize I was getting a smaller vehicle until I got to the Sixt office and they had no full size vehicles for the same price. I blame Hotwire and Kayak for that issue, not Sixt.

The gentleman at reception that handled our reservation was very unprofessional and rude. Kayak needs to better explain the extortion plan to bully customers into paying for the insurance coverage. We ended up paying double because of the insane insurance cost.

Great transportation service, the trip was nice and relaxing, I was picked up from the airport on time, I really appreciate the punctually, this is a reliable transportation company.

This was between completly unprofessional and a clear trick to extract more money from foreign tourists! My advice wojld be to stay away from this agency and the possible scam

Even though we had a reservation, there were no cars available when we arrived. We had to rent from another vendor for a much higher price.

The staff lied to me immediately upon entering-which took a half hour. They told me that they had no contract with our insurance companies, American Express and State Farm , and Campeón I result the company policy was that I had to buy full insurance. They also stated that the price quoted on the internet did not bind them Campeón Kayak was only an agent.

When I got to the airport they didn’t have a car for me I didn’t pay the full amount of the rental agreement but I could make a new reservation but with the new rates which was 3 times the diferente price
